ALACTIC COMMUNICATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS https://ac7.io/terms/ COMMUNICATIONS · INDIA & UNITED KINGDOM Version: 19 October 2026. These terms cover the Alactic Communications web workspace, companion app and related AC7 product guides. They do not replace a separate agreement for Alactic CRM, a bespoke service or another Alactic product. Read the common terms and the schedule for your edition. A separately agreed written order or service agreement takes precedence where it expressly changes these terms. Mandatory legal rights always apply.India seller & termsUK seller & termsPrint / save PDFDownload a text copy 1. Your account and agreement “Alactic”, “we” and “us” mean the seller identified for your edition below. “You” means the person or organisation subscribing to the service. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to accept terms and manage its data and account. These terms apply when presented to you as part of your subscription or otherwise agreed with you. Publishing an updated page alone does not retrospectively replace an existing contract. Keep a copy of the terms and order information that apply to your purchase. Communications is designed for business use. Provide accurate account and billing information, keep credentials secure, assign appropriate team access and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. You remain responsible for authorised activity in your workspace. 2. What the service provides The workspace provides shared messaging, contacts, audiences, campaigns, template tools, enquiries, reporting and available automation and AI features. Your active plan, permissions, connection status and displayed limits determine which actions are available. Some features depend on Meta, payment providers, AI providers or other third parties. Demo data, previews, test conversations and draft workflows are examples or configuration tools. They do not establish that a live message has been sent, an automation has been published or a payment has been made. Check the action confirmation and resulting status. We work to provide a useful, reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular sales outcome or a specific response time unless separately agreed in writing. We may maintain and improve the service. We will communicate material changes affecting a paid subscription and respect any remedy required by law. 3. Plans, trials and chargesCommunications subscription prices Edition Monthly Annual, paid upfront Seller India ₹999 ₹9,999 Alactic Enterprises Private Limited United Kingdom £9.99 £99 Alactic Inc These published plan prices include applicable tax. Your checkout and invoice identify the currency, seller, subscription period and applicable tax treatment. An annual price divided by twelve is a budgeting illustration; it is not an instalment plan. The standard trial lasts seven days. A trial does not itself authorise a charge. Current self-service plans renew manually: paying for one period does not authorise recurring billing. Any future recurring plan would require its renewal terms and payment authorisation to be clearly presented before purchase. Meta messaging charges and separately purchased AI or third-party usage are not included in the workspace price unless expressly stated in your order. Review usage allowances, estimates and provider charges before sending or enabling automation. We do not promise unlimited AI, messages or recipients. The AC7 calculator is a dated planning estimate, not a binding quote or invoice. Meta prices depend on the recipient market, category, billable delivery, billing currency and applicable credits or tiers. Tax allowances in the calculator are illustrative. Actual invoices determine charges and tax. We will disclose price changes before a new purchase or renewal. A website price change does not by itself change the price of a period already paid for. Report duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect billing to support with the payment reference; do not send full payment-card details. 4. Cancellation and refunds You can choose not to renew at any time. With the current manual-renewal plans, no further subscription payment is collected unless you authorise another purchase. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period unless you request earlier closure, a refund ends that period, or suspension is justified under these terms. You may request a refund of an Alactic Communications subscription payment within seven calendar days of that payment. Email support@alacticai.com with your account email, workspace name and payment reference. We will verify the payment and request, explain the outcome and arrange an eligible refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when a processed refund reaches your account. Meta and other third-party usage charges already incurred are excluded from this voluntary subscription refund policy, except where a refund is required by law. Do not assume that cancelling Alactic stops an independently billed third-party service; manage those arrangements with the relevant provider. The seven-day policy is additional to statutory rights. It does not restrict rights relating to an incorrect charge, a service that is not supplied as agreed, or any mandatory cancellation or refund entitlement. UK consumers should also read the UK schedule. 5. Messaging, contacts and permission You decide which contacts to import, why to contact them and what messages to send. Obtain and retain the permissions and other lawful grounds required for your use, provide appropriate privacy information and comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law. Importing a number, marking a permission record, receiving a prior reply or obtaining template approval does not by itself establish permission for every future message. The platform records the information you provide; it does not certify your evidence or obtain a universal consent verification from Meta. Use bulk updates only for contacts genuinely covered by the same permission or withdrawal information. Keep the original source, date, scope and supporting evidence where needed. Respect objections and withdrawal requests received through any channel, and do not use a fresh import to bypass them. Review your recipients, message purpose, variables, attachments and schedule before confirming a campaign. Follow Meta’s requirements for approved templates, the customer-service window, business identity and handover to a person. You are responsible for the content and configuration you authorise. Meta controls account eligibility, template decisions, messaging limits and delivery restrictions. A connected number or approved template is not a guarantee of approval for every use or delivery to every recipient. Follow delivery feedback; do not disguise marketing messages or rotate accounts to evade restrictions. 6. AI and automation Alactic ACID is the Alactic Conversational Intelligence Driver used for our AI-assisted experience. The service can rely on third-party AI models and infrastructure. Its branding does not imply that every underlying model or component is exclusively owned or trained by Alactic. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Check your business knowledge, instructions and test results before enabling live replies. Keep a human review or escalation route where appropriate. Do not rely on generated content as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or other consequential decisions. Displayed AI limits can relate to requests, input and output usage or plan allowances. Usage may be limited or paused when an allowance is reached. A limit on AI usage is not the same as a Meta messaging limit. We will present any available additional paid usage before you authorise its purchase. Only supply information you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in prompts, logs and customer messages. Automation executes according to the configuration and permissions available; review published state, recipients and results. 7. Data, privacy and security You retain your rights in customer records and other content you provide. You authorise us to process that content as needed to supply, secure and support the service and carry out your instructions. This does not transfer ownership of your customer database to us. Your organisation normally determines the purpose and lawful basis for processing its customer data. Alactic may act as a processor for workspace data and as a controller for its own account, billing and security purposes. The applicable privacy information and any required data-processing agreement provide further details; these general terms are not a substitute for a required processor contract. Request current processing, provider and international-transfer information from support before using the service where your organisation requires specific safeguards. Neither a UK edition nor an India edition promises storage exclusively in that country. Do not assume a certification, sector-specific approval or data-residency commitment that has not been expressly agreed. Use appropriate access controls, review team membership and report suspected security incidents promptly. We will handle security and privacy obligations in accordance with applicable law and any agreed processing terms. Keep your own copies of important business records; a messaging workspace is not your sole statutory archive. Request export or deletion assistance before closing your account. Retention and deletion depend on the applicable privacy information, processing agreement and legal requirements, including necessary billing records, security records and backups. We do not promise indefinite storage after access ends. 8. Acceptable use and intellectual property Do not use the service for unlawful messaging, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorised access, infringement or activity prohibited by the applicable messaging-provider rules. Do not interfere with another customer’s workspace or attempt to bypass access, billing or security controls. Alactic and its licensors retain rights in the software, service design, branding and documentation. Your subscription gives your organisation permission to use the service for its business during the applicable access period, subject to these terms. It does not transfer the software or branding to you. You must have the rights needed for uploaded content and instructions. We do not claim that AI-generated output is unique, accurate or necessarily eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Third-party software and services remain subject to their applicable licences and terms. 9. Suspension, closure and service problems We may restrict an affected feature or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, serious breach, unpaid access period or binding provider or legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and an appropriate route to resolve it. Immediate action may be necessary to protect accounts or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction or charge is incorrect. We will review the available information. A third-party restriction may require action by that provider. Closing an account does not erase an already incurred valid charge or remove an applicable refund right. Tell us when the service does not work as agreed, with enough information to investigate. Any contractual remedy and any mandatory statutory remedy remain available. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. 10. India edition Seller: Alactic Enterprises Private Limited. Registered corporate address 297/9 Old Railway Road, Shivpuri Sector-7, Sadar Bazar, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India. Operational address Office No. 434, 4th Floor, VSR 114, Dwarka Expressway, Sector 114, Bajghera, Gurugram, Haryana 122017, India. India subscriptions are priced and billed in INR. Provide accurate business and tax details for your invoice. The India seller is responsible for its own subscription contract; paying for a UK account does not amend or migrate an India subscription. Comply with applicable Indian privacy, data-protection, consumer, electronic-commerce and other laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework to the extent in force and applicable to your use. This statement does not assume that every provision has the same commencement date or that every business use is identical. The UK-specific guidance below does not add a UK-only workflow requirement to the India edition. Laws can nevertheless apply based on the people you target and the data you process, rather than only the edition you choose. Mandatory Indian rights are preserved. 11. United Kingdom edition Seller: Alactic Inc. Business and contact address 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. The UK edition is sold by the United States company identified above; it is not a representation that the seller is incorporated in the UK. Subscriptions are priced in GBP and payments use Stripe when available. Checkout and invoice information identify applicable tax treatment. The current UK plans renew manually. Where applicable, comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR as amended. Direct marketing to individual subscribers normally needs consent or an applicable exception; corporate-subscriber rules differ. Personal-data obligations, objections and Meta’s WhatsApp requirements still need to be considered. Read the UK messaging guide. If you are legally a consumer: describing the service as a business tool does not remove rights you actually have. Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, the normal cancellation period for a distance service contract is 14 days from conclusion. To cancel, email support with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name and the order or account reference. No special wording is required. If you expressly ask for a service to start during a statutory cancellation period, any permitted proportionate charge for service already supplied depends on the required information and consent having been provided. Loss of a cancellation right for a fully performed service or for digital content is subject to the separate legal conditions that apply. Merely signing in or accepting these general terms is not a blanket waiver. The voluntary seven-day refund policy does not shorten a statutory 14-day period or remove remedies for a service that does not conform to the contract. Mandatory consumer protection, data rights and access to competent courts remain available; these terms do not require you to waive those rights or submit all complaints to a foreign forum. 12. Questions, complaints and updates Email support@alacticai.com for subscription, refund, access or privacy assistance. Include your edition, workspace name and relevant reference. Postal correspondence can be sent to your seller’s address above. Avoid including passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card details. We will make updated terms available with a version date and communicate material contractual changes where required. Moving the same terms from AC7 to alactic.io does not itself change the seller, contract or your rights. Keep the version supplied with your purchase. Applicable mandatory law determines rights and remedies that cannot be changed by agreement. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as lawful. These terms do not impose a compulsory arbitration agreement.
