Start with the work in front of you
Overview
See what needs attention
Use the starting page to review your messaging activity and WhatsApp enquiries. Open the relevant workspace from there. A new workspace can be empty until you connect a number and begin using it.
Inbox
Pick up the conversation
Select a chat, review the history and customer details, and assign an owner. Use human takeover when you want to reply directly. Add a private note or a follow-up so the next teammate has context.
Use the notification bell for saved account and action updates, and reminders for upcoming work. A notification about an action is not the same as a WhatsApp delivery confirmation; check message status in the conversation or campaign report.
Take a campaign from draft to delivery
Campaigns → Template Studio / Campaigns
- Prepare the message in Template Studio.Choose a starter or create a template. Set the language and category, write the content and provide examples for variable fields. Add an image header if your message needs one.
- Submit and check Meta’s review status.Sync with Meta to see the latest status. Use an approved template for the campaign; a local draft cannot be sent as an approved message.
- Create the campaign and choose an audience.Select eligible, opted-in contacts or a saved audience. Fill template variables, attach the supported image and review the recipient preview.
- Save, then confirm sending or scheduling.Review the message, audience and timing. Saving a draft is separate from starting delivery. Use pause, resume or cancellation controls when appropriate for the campaign’s current state.
- Follow recorded results.Check delivery, read and reply activity. Continue incoming customer replies in Inbox. A sent message is not automatically a delivered or read message.
Keep the customer and the next step together
Contacts
Build a useful audience
Add contacts or import a CSV, check phone numbers and record WhatsApp consent accurately. Use tags and filters to create or update a named audience. Import history helps you review an upload.
Enquiries
Work through buying interest
Save a promising WhatsApp chat as an enquiry, choose an owner and update its status as work progresses. Use follow-ups for the next action. This workspace focuses on WhatsApp enquiries and the leads they create.
Setting a follow-up creates work for your team. It does not, by itself, send a customer a WhatsApp message. Use the intended campaign or workflow action when you want an outbound message.
Choose the right kind of automation
Automations → Conversation flows / Automation workflows
Conversation flows
Use the visual builder to connect a trigger, a message, customer choices and the next step. For example, ask whether someone wants festive gifts, hampers or custom boxes, then continue along the selected branch.
Event-based workflows
Start with an event, check the condition and choose an action: assign a teammate, add a tag, create a follow-up or send an allowed response. Keep the purpose of each workflow easy to recognise.
Save a draft, review the preview and check compatibility before publishing. When another workflow overlaps, read the named conflict and adjust the trigger or action. Test with a consenting number after publishing.
Set your assistant’s knowledge
Chatbot builder
Complete Business identity, add useful Knowledge blocks and set Agent personality. Review AI preview, save your changes, then publish when ready. The preview shows the context you are supplying; it is not a guarantee of every answer the assistant will give.
Set hours and simple responses
Under Automations, use Quick automations for a welcome, keyword or after-hours rule. Set your time zone and weekly schedule in Business hours. Run history helps you see recorded executions. Use human takeover in Inbox when a teammate should handle the conversation.
