Which verification do you mean?
Phone verification
A code confirms that you control a phone number. Alactic signup verification and Meta’s business-number connection can each require their own check.
Business verification
Meta checks business details when required for an account or feature. It is separate from number ownership and does not itself grant a verified badge.
Display-name review
Your WhatsApp business name may have its own review status. Check the specific number in WhatsApp Manager rather than assuming the name is approved because the connection works.
Template approval
Each submitted template has a review status and category. A connected number or verified business does not automatically approve its message templates.
Prepare a consistent set of details
Use the legal business name, registered address, business phone and working HTTPS website that match your records. Keep any business documents requested by Meta available. The accepted documents depend on your business and location.
Settings → Company details stores your billing name, address and optional GST number for your documents. Saving those fields does not submit a Meta business-verification application.
Follow the request in your Meta account
- Use the correct business portfolio.You need full control. Open Security Center in Meta Business Suite, or follow the verification request Meta sent you.
- Start verification if it is available.An unavailable button is not a reason to create a duplicate portfolio. Follow the account-specific eligibility instructions.
- Confirm your legal details.Check the business match and provide official documents if requested.
- Confirm your connection to the business.Complete an offered email, phone, WhatsApp or domain check. Submit and follow the review status in Meta.

When the status isn’t what you expected
The business or number is missing from the list
Check the Meta login, selected portfolio and your permissions. Compare the business and number shown in Settings with the assets you intended to connect. Ask the portfolio owner to review access if needed.
Meta asks for another document or a correction
Read the reason in the review screen. Check spelling, address formatting and whether the requested information is legible. Correct the specific issue before resubmitting.
The number works, but another check is still pending
Read the label attached to the pending item. Phone connection, business verification, display-name review and template review are different states. Track each in the appropriate screen.
Do I need to buy a verified badge?
Business verification and paid verification-badge products are different processes. Follow the requirements Meta shows for your WhatsApp Business account; Alactic cannot promise or issue a Meta badge.
